RECYCLE WITH ARKET

Environment Textiles should never be thrown away. A lot of unwanted clothes end up in landfills today even though they could still be used as a valuable resource.

Most garments can be repaired or remade to give them a longer life, and if they’re not for you anymore, they could be swapped, resold, passed on to friends and family, or given to charity. As a last alternative, your old clothes can be recycled and returned to the circular fashion loop. Please bring any textiles to our store and we’ll make sure they will be of new use.

How it works Bring clothing, shoes and home textiles to your nearest ARKET store – from any brand, in any condition. Nothing is too small or too insignificant to be recycled; even the lonely sock in your drawer can be dropped off and given a new purpose. We also accept ARKET product packaging except for take-away packaging from the café.

Pack your unwanted items in bags and bring them to the store. If you want to bring shoes for recycling, please make sure to pair them up with tape or by tying the laces together. Please put ARKET product packaging in a separate bag.

As a reward for your contribution, you will receive a voucher worth 10% off your next purchase in our stores or cafés. You’ll get one voucher per occasion, valid for three months. The voucher cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and is not valid for online purchases.

The grid is an essential element of our visual identity. It represents the notion of the archive and is used to organise and display information ranging from the names of plants to fabric weights and different types of materials used in our collections. These nine squares symbolise the separate parts that together form our world, and they are also the areas where we strive to make a difference.
