Returns

In case you change your mind about your purchase you have 30 days to return it. A return fee of 5 CHF will be be deducted from the refund that you will receive. 

 

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once we have received and registered the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.

Holiday returns and updated returns policy for sale

Ahead of the festive season, we have extended our returns policy to allow you to shop confidently for gifts and holiday essentials. Any purchase made online from 15 November 2025 to 15 December 2025 can be returned until 15 January 2026.

For purchases made from 16 December 2025 onwards, our standard returns policy will apply. We hope you’ll enjoy all the products you buy from ARKET, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back to us.

 

Starting with our upcoming seasonal SALE, we are updating our returns policy for sale purchases from 30 days to 14 days – meaning you will have two weeks from the day you receive your order to decide whether you want to return a product.

How to return

Together with your order, you received a return note. Fill out the note with what you want to return and why. You can return several orders at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel. Please note, the return fee will still be charged per order, not per parcel.

 

If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.

 

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within 14 days of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime.

 

If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it here or contact Customer service to help you.

 

All purchases made online between 15 November 2025 and 15 December 2025 can be returned until 15 January 2026. For purchases made from 16 December 2025 onwards, our normal returns policy applies.

Return options

Drop off (5 CHF)

Drop off your package at your local Post Office or MYPost24 point. Find the nearest one here.

The cost of 5 CHF will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

Home collect (5 CHF)

If you register with Swiss Post, you can choose a date for the carrier to pick your package up.  You can click here and book an appointment. The pick up option is available between 7:30 and 17:00.

The cost of 5 CHF will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

Return with UPS (5 CHF)

Only express orders: Register your return on UPS.com, print a new return label and plan a pickup.

The cost of 5 CHF will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

Please make sure you use the order number that starts with 'E' when you book a return with UPS. You will find the 'E' order number on the returns note.

 

UPS Pick up (5 CHF)

Only express orders: Register your return by clicking here and bring your return package to the nearest UPS Access Point. Once so, UPS will create a collection receipt with a tracking number you can use to follow the journey of your return.

The cost of 5 CHF will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

Please make sure you use the order number that starts with 'E' when you book a return with UPS. You will find the 'E' order number on the returns note.

 

UPS Home pick up (5 CHF)

Click here to schedule an appointement with the carrier who will pick up your parcel. By doing so, you will also get a return label you can print.

The cost of 5 CHF will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Online return in-store

Return of online purchases in a physical store is a service only provided in Sweden, the UK, and the Netherlands at the moment.

Return of items bought in-store

Items bought in any of our ARKET stores can only be returned instore.

Your refund

Your return will take up to 14 days to reach and be processed by us. If it's been longer, please contact Customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.

We are experiencing some delays with handling the returns. If you have sent your return just a few days ago, please allow us a little more time to handle your return. If it's been more than 14 days, please contact us and have your order details handy.

When your return is approved, you will be refunded by the same method of payment used upon your purchase.

What kind of returns do we accept?

We will give you a refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than just trying it on), ARKET has the right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. Please always treat the products with care.

 

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed. This applies to certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, and bath and body products.

ARKET products bought elsewhere

Please note that items purchased elsewhere than arket.com cannot be returned to, or refunded by ARKET.
