Your purchase will be delivered within 4-6 working days of receiving the order confirmation.

Express home delivery by Planzer or UPS (14 CHF)

We offer express delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday before 5 p.m. Orders placed later will be delivered within two working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. (1-2 days). In peak season and during sales, express deliveries may not be possible.

Collection notification: You will receive an email as soon as your package has arrived at the collection point. Your package will be kept there for 14 days.

You can see at checkout whether this delivery option is also available to you at your place of residence.

We offer several delivery options depending on your location. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout or select a convenient shop for your pick-up.

If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a delivery confirmation via email with a tracking link. You can also track your order under "Orders" when you log in to "My Account".

Free shipping with standard delivery to pickup locations and parcel lockers for orders over 100 CHF.

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years old or above, with an address in Switzerland.
