All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.

What Delivery Methods Can I choose?
We offer several delivery options depending on your location.
Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout or select a convenient parcel shop. If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.
Delivery Restrictions
Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Germany. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Island Helgoland and area of Busingen).
Undeliverable Parcels
If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to Arket.
Ordering From Abroad
To order whilst abroad, visit the Arket website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
What delivery options do I have?
Standard delivery is free for orders over €100. We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri) after receiving your order confirmation.

We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 4:30 p.m. Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Orders must be placed before 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

What delivery options do I have?
Standard delivery is free for orders over CHF 100. We will deliver your purchase within 4-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Standard Home Delivery (CHF 5)
We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Express Home Delivery (CHF 14)
During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.
Standard green delivery to a pick-up point in 4-6 days(4,90 CHF)
We offer delivery in 4-6 working days after confirmation of your order. Delivery costs are 4,90 CHF and free from 30 euro purchase from members and free for Plus members.
Your order will be delivered via: Quickpac
Pickup notification: You will receive an email, as soon as your package arrives at the PUP. Your parcel will be kept at the PUDO location for 14 Calendar days.
Please note, you will see the availability from this service for the area you are living in the checkout.

We do not ship to the overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guayana , Réunion , New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Saint Barthélémy, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern and Antarctic Lands). For shipping to New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, please select 'Other Markets' as your location instead of France.
