We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you always have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your order or return it.
Return policy differs based on country of purchase.
We will give you a refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and the value of the item has been reduced, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. So, treat your products with care please. The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed, such as certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, face masks, beauty products and cosmetics.

Together with your order, you received a return note. Fill out the note with what you want to return and why. You can return several orders at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.
If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.

- Select your preferred way of returning the parcel:
Pick Up Location- Attach your pre-paid label to the parcel and drop off at a SEUR parcel shop of your choice.
- If you need a new return label, this can be easily requested via the DPD/SEUR return portal.
- SEUR will provide you with a drop-off receipt to track your parcel's progress.
- Home Pick up
- You can easily arrange for a DPD courier to pick up your return via the same DPD/SEUR return portal
- The courier will provide a receipt when the parcel has been collected.
- Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

You are welcome to return online orders in our stores in Sweden. Simply bring your E-receipt or the Delivery Note and the item(s) you wish to return to the store. We will refund you through the same payment method you used to make the initial payment.
Log in to our returns portal with your order number (found on your order confirmation) and email address, and let us know what you want to return and why. You can return more than one order or parcel at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.
Note: You don't need to fill out the paper return form but please include it in your parcel. If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.
Once your return is registered in the portal, select one of the below options to make your return.
When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within two weeks of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime!

Full-price items purchased online can be returned in-store. Make sure to bring your E-receipt or the delivery note together with the items you wish to return. You will be refunded with the payment method initially used when making your online purchase.
Please note, sale items cannot be returned in-store.
All ARKET orders from H&M should be returned to H&M online following the instructions in your parcel. This means that it's not possible to return an ARKET order from H&M in either ARKET or H&M stores or to ARKET online.

Register your return in the Royal Mail return portal. An email will be sent to you which includes two labelling options. If you arrange a home collection you do not need to print a label:
1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.
2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.
Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.
Evri drop off – 3 GBP
Take your parcel to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.
Evri home collection – 3 GBP
Arrange for Evri to pick up your return by clicking here. Evri will collect from your chosen address and provide you with a collection receipt. With this you can track the parcel's progress.
