Returns

In case you change your mind about your purchase you have 30 days to return it. A return fee of 40 SEK will be charged when you return to our warehouse. Returns in store are free of charge.

 

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once we have received and registered the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.

 

Below you can find useful information and conditions regarding returns.

How to return

Together with your order, you received a return note. Fill out the note with what you want to return and why. You can return several orders at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.

 

If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.

 

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within 14 days of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime.

Return options

PostNord – 40 SEK 

Attach the self-adhesive PostNord return label, found in your parcel, and take the parcel to a PostNord agent of your choice. Cost of return 40 SEK. 

 

Instabox – 40 SEK  

Attach the self-adhesive Instabox return label, found in your parcel, and book the return through the link you received in the text notification or visit www.instabox.io/returns. Follow the instructions and leave your parcel at the Instabox locker of your choice.  

 

Budbee – 40 SEK 

Book a return through the link received in previous notification from Budbee. Follow the instructions and leave your parcel at the Budbee box of your choice. If you have ordered delivery by Budbee, no return label is needed. The courier will bring a label at pickup. 

 

The cost of 40 SEK will be deducted from the total refunded amount. 

Return of items bought in-store

Items bought in any of our ARKET stores can only be returned in store.  

Online return in-store

Full-price items purchased online can be returned in-store. Make sure to bring your E-receipt or the delivery note together with the items you wish to return. You will be refunded with the payment method initially used when making your online purchase.

Please note, sale items cannot be returned in-store.

Your refund

Your return will take up to 14 days to reach and be processed by us. If it's been longer, please contact Customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.

 

When your return is approved, you will be refunded by the same method of payment used upon your purchase.

 

If you have returned an order where an ARKET ARCHIVE Resale voucher was used, please contact our customer service for assistance with the refund.

What kind of returns do we accept?

We will give you a refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than just trying it on), ARKET has the right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. Please always treat the products with care.

 

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed. This applies to certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, and bath and body products.

ARKET products bought elsewhere

Please note that items purchased elsewhere than arket.com cannot be returned to, or refunded by ARKET.
