Delivery options
Standard Delivery to Pickup Location, PostNord (45 SEK)
When your parcel is available for pickup, you will receive a notification by text with the pickup code. The parcel must be picked up within 7 days.
Standard Parcel Locker Location, Budbee (40 SEK)
Budbee will contact you regarding estimated time of delivery. When your parcel is available at the locker, you will receive a notification by text with a code to open the locker. Please note that you may need to identify yourself with Bank-ID to confirm that the correct person is picking up the package. If the code doesn’t work, please contact the Budbee customer service in their app or through the link received in the text message. The parcel must be picked up within 7 days. Please note, if the parcel is too big to fit the locker, Budbee will automatically change to home delivery instead.
Standard Parcel Locker Location, Instabox (40 SEK)
When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive notification by e-mail and text from Instabox with a link to all information about the delivery. When your parcel is available at the locker, you will receive a notification with the code. Please note that you may need to identify yourself with Bank-ID to confirm that the correct person is picking up the package. If the code doesn’t work, please contact the Instabox customer service.
Your parcel must be picked up within 14 days. Day 1-4, the parcel will be available at the locker. From day 5, Instabox will retrieve the parcel to their warehouse and you have 10 days to book a new delivery to a locker. Please note, if the parcel is too big to fit the locker, your order will be updated to home delivery instead.
Home Delivery, PostNord (100 SEK)
PostNord delivers Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded. It is possible for you to choose time and day for your delivery. You will receive a notification by text about your delivery.
Express Home Delivery, DHL (170 SEK)
We offer Express Delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and before 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 3 working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.
