Aligned with our dedication to quality and rich flavours, this small family farm supplies ARKET CAFÉ with flour for our breads and cookies.
Warbro Kvarn is a supplier of natural flours to artisanal bakeries and top restaurants in Sweden. Located on a small family farm, they produce stone-milled flour and heritage grains such as spelt, einkorn and emmer.
Situated at Linds Gård in the heart of Sörmland, Warbro Kvarn is home to several dozen horses and cows, which help preserve the cultural landscape of meadows and pastures, allowing rare herbs and flowers to flourish and a diversity of insects to thrive.
An old animal barn has been renovated into a modern mill house, equipped with traditional stone mills featuring the same construction that was used over a century ago, thus preserving traditional techniques for the future.
