In case you change your mind about your purchase you have 30 days to return it. Below you can find useful information and conditions regarding returns.

How to return

Together with your order, you received a return note. Fill out the note with what you want to return and why. You can return several orders at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.

 

If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.

 

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within 14 days of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime.

Return options

DHL €4

If your order was delivered via DHL, you can take your return to your nearest DHL service point.
The cost of €4 will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

Budbee €4

If your order was delivered via Budbee, you can also book a pick-up of your return. You will receive an SMS from Budbee with instructions after you have received your goods. The courier will bring a return label.
The cost of €4 will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

Budbee box €4

Attach the self-adhesive address label to your shipment and book a return via the link in the SMS previously sent to you. See more instructions here. If the package is too large, you will be able to book a pick-up of the return at your home.
The cost of €4 will be deducted from the total refunded amount.



Cycloon €4

Was your package delivered by a bicycle courier? Then you must return using the DHL return label in your order. You can find a DHL service point here.
The cost of €4 will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it here or contact Customer service to help you.

Online return in-store

Full-price items purchased online can be returned in-store. Make sure to bring your E-receipt or the delivery note together with the items you wish to return. You will be refunded with the payment method initially used when making your online purchase.

Please note, sale items cannot be returned in-store.

Your refund

Your return will take up to 14 days to reach and be processed by us. If it's been longer, please contact Customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.

 

When your return is approved, you will be refunded by the same method of payment used upon your purchase.

What kind of returns do we accept?

We will give you a refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than just trying it on), ARKET has the right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. Please always treat the products with care.

 

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed. This applies to certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, and bath and body products.

ARKET products bought elsewhere

Please note that items purchased elsewhere than arket.com cannot be returned to, or refunded by ARKET.
